Printed to order
Every order is printed for you after you buy it. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for printing before your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
Shipping in the United States
- Standard shipping: $5 for 1 to 4 shirts, $10 for 5 or more
- Express shipping: $8
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more
Delivery times after your order ships depend on the carrier and where you are. The options and prices you see at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
International shipping
We ship to many countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and much of Europe. Rates from USPS and DHL Express are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If 48 hours pass and you still don’t have one, check your spam folder and then get in touch.
Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. Once an order has shipped we can’t change where it goes. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you pay the new shipping cost.
Returns & Replacements
Every shirt is made for you
Each Kindling Threads shirt is printed to order after you buy it. Because of that, we don’t take returns or give refunds for change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order.
If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or it isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll print a replacement and ship it to you at no cost. If we need the original back, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Ordered the wrong size?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send the shirt back unworn, unwashed and with its tags, and we’ll print the size you need and ship it to you. Return shipping for size changes is paid by you.
Custom, fundraiser and group orders
Personalised items and items from fundraiser or group orders are final sale and can’t be exchanged for size. We’ll still replace them if they arrive damaged, misprinted or wrong.
Lost packages
If tracking says your order was delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbours and anyone else at your address. Then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Refunds
We only refund when we can’t replace an item — for example if a shirt or size is no longer available. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
