Overview
This website is operated by Kindling Threads. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Orders and products
Our products are printed to order. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than they do in person, and small variations in print placement are normal. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
Promo codes
Promo codes are for one use unless they say otherwise, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may expire. We may cancel a code that was shared or used in a way it wasn’t meant for.
Returns, replacements and shipping
Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these terms. In short: shirts are printed to order, so there are no change-of-mind returns. We replace anything damaged, misprinted or wrong, and we’ll swap a size within 30 days if the shirt comes back unworn and tagged.
Designs and content
All designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Kindling Threads or the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without written permission. If you send us artwork for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it and to let us print it for your order.
Your information
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kindling Threads is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
